April Capochino Myers is an author, journalist, and podcast host who has spent 25 years asking questions, telling stories, and trying to understand how people make sense of difficult things. Her reporting has covered business, education, criminal justice, addiction, and everyday life, with work appearing in publications including The Washington Post, National Geographic Kids, and New Orleans CityBusiness.
Her own experiences with loss, change, relationships, and personal growth eventually brought those same questions closer to home. She is the author of “Living in the Gray,” a memoir about finding peace in life’s contradictions, and host of the Living in the Gray podcast.
